Responsibilities- Perform complex systems analysis and solution design for software applications
- Coordinate and socialize the conceptual approach document for new business initiatives
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and development teams to ensure strategy alignment and reuse of components
- Mentor development teams and business users on technical aspects
- Lead code reviews to improve quality and reduce vulnerabilities
- Assist with technical problem determination during outages and guide rapid resolution paths
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
- 8+ years of technical/functional design experience in application implementation and software development
- 5+ years of experience with software design/development and strong knowledge of application frameworks
- Expert level knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise platform solutions and lifecycle management
- Experience architecting and integrating enterprise applications via APIs, SOA, and shared services
- Experience with content management platforms; Alfresco or similar preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies, cloud architecture and platform services
- Proven ability to lead solution design from architecture to deployment and support
- Experience in developing architectural standards, roadmaps, and deployment topologies
- Ability to balance deep technical work with broad platform mindset across multiple domains
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams (dev, platform engineering, security, ops)
- Understanding of platform adoption, change management, and enabling enterprise service consumption
- Experience with DevOps, cloud operations, and modern delivery models
- Familiarity with AI platforms and evaluating their enterprise use
- Expert level Object Oriented Design
- Experience with Agile development and offshore teams
