Overview In this role, you will lead architecture efforts for STI projects in Rochester or Syracuse, guiding design and technical direction for biotech, healthcare, and industrial facilities. You will mentor teams, manage scope and planning, and engage clients to shape solutions. Responsibilities- Provide design guidance and technical leadership on STI projects
- Offer consultative guidance to project teams and mentor colleagues
- Assist in determining project scope, complexity, and planning requirements
- Participate in client meetings and communicate progress and next steps
- Foster positive cross-team relationships and support collaboration across offices
- Propose process improvements and stay informed on STI practice developments
- Represent the firm at professional conferences or related events as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in architecture (Master's preferred)
- Licensed architect in New York or eligible via reciprocity
- 12+ years of architectural experience in science/tech/industrial projects
- Proficiency with Revit
- English reading/writing comprehension for communications and instruction
