Senior Event Executive - Hospitality (Logistics Client)

Overview

In this role you will lead and execute elite hospitality programs, collaborating with a cross-country team to deliver seamless events. You'll shape guest experiences, manage vendors, and oversee production elements from concept to on-site delivery. You will work on multiple programs for diverse clients, gaining broad exposure to the hospitality industry. This position offers hands-on learning and a chance to contribute to high-end experiential campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of event logistics across hospitality programs
  • Develop creative hospitality concepts and guest touchpoints to elevate experiences
  • Manage third-party vendors, timelines, budgets, and delivery
  • Support décor concepts, layouts, and client branding integration
  • Own gifting concepts from ideation to fulfillment and distribution
  • Maintain asset management for signage, collateral, and branded décor
  • Assist with budget creation, management, and recap
  • Participate in status calls and key meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee food and beverage operations, menu recommendations, timing, and venue coordination
  • Prepare event status updates and staff guides
  • Support event results reporting and wrap-up documentation
  • Oversee contracts, certificates of insurance, POs, payments, and documentation
  • Handle general account management and client requests
Key requirements
  • 3+ years experience in events field
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Problem solving under pressure with creative solutions
  • Proactive self-starter with initiative
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Budget management experience
  • Willingness to travel ( 35%) and work weekends/holidays
  • Second language is a plus
  • Able to work in-office 3 days/week as per policy
