Senior Biotechnologist Associate II (Days - A Shift)

Overview

In this role you enable reliable biopharmaceutical manufacturing by applying technical expertise and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant GMP operations and support tech transfer and process implementation. You mentor colleagues, tackle equipment and process challenges, and contribute to innovative therapies. This position offers exposure to advanced manufacturing and leadership development in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and equipment
  • Support safe and compliant GMP manufacturing operations
  • Partner with customer and internal teams for technical transfer and process implementation
  • Train and mentor colleagues on new equipment, systems, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Troubleshoot equipment, systems, and process issues to sustain operations
  • Support production documentation and electronic batch record review
Key requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred
  • Significant experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated environments
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
