Overview

In this role you enable standardized field workflows and support the adoption of construction management platforms on active projects. You'll work with Operations to roll out tools, train users, and keep feedback loops to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost improvements. You will visit project sites, capture pain points, and help tailor configurations and reports to real needs. Your work directly supports efficient field operations and data-driven decisions, contributing to Moss's reputation for safety and quality. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines process, training, and technology adoption to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve SOPs, checklists, and standardized workflows for jobsites
  • Support implementation efforts including site readiness, pilots, and go-live support
  • Travel to project sites to observe processes, coach users, capture pain points, share best practices
  • Create training documentation and quick guides for new or changed workflows
  • Collaborate to shape configurations, forms, logs, dashboards, and reports aligned with operational needs
  • Track adoption and data quality
  • Support evaluations and pilots of new tools with clear success criteria
  • Serve as point of contact for routine process questions and adoption blockers, route issues to appropriate teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years in construction operations on one or more projects
  • Experience with construction management platforms (e.g., Procore); ERP exposure is a plus
  • Familiarity with field workflows (document management, RFIs, submittals, quality, safety, scheduling)
  • Ability to translate business and user needs into scalable, platform-based solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Spanish not required; bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
