Project Manager, Data Centers

In this role you oversee the delivery of complex, fast-track data center and mission-critical projects. You'll work under a senior PM, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, safe outcomes that align with JLL standards. You'll manage planning, communication, and risk mitigation across multi-site environments. • Plan, execute and close projects per approved plans and leadership direction
• Maintain schedules, logistics, milestones; escalate risks to leadership
• Lead project meetings and site visits; manage action items and communications
• Coordinate closeout deliverables (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties)
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation and issue resolution
• Track financials, change orders, contracts; ensure compliance and performance
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, POs, procurement documentation
• Support field QA/QC, commissioning and contractor activities
• Promote site safety; act as day-to-day client/stakeholder contact; prepare reports and briefings
• Support safety, quality, and compliance throughout project lifecycles
• Travel and on-site presence up to 80% with potential regional travel up to 50%

• Bachelor in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years in construction, facilities, or project management; mission-critical or data center exposure preferred
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building systems fundamentals
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and procurement/RFP processes
• Familiarity with construction docs, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and collaboration skills; multi-project environment ability
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Project, Procore, and similar tools
• Willingness to work extensively on active construction sites (up to 80% onsite) and travel up to 50%
