You will apply design thinking and consulting to redesign the scientific user experience and enable data-driven decisions. You'll reimagine how AI reshapes the laboratory and lay out new operating models. Responsibilities- Deliver strategies, roadmaps, value cases, and projects to advance digital laboratory operations and scientific intelligence
- Apply management consulting and design-thinking to redesign the scientific user experience
- Shape transformation visions and guide journeys from current state to a future enterprise setup
- Redesign processes and operating models for data-driven business cases and new ways of working with data
- Provide viewpoints on laboratory informatics solutions and assess technology strengths/weaknesses
- Advise on data and system architectures related to laboratory solutions
- Create digital laboratory thought leadership for Life Sciences clients
- Collaborate with client leaders to align on recommended solutions
- Oversee, design, and implement digital solutions such as LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS, IoT, and cloud
- Help clients better capture, integrate and analyze complex scientific data
Key requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in scientific and laboratory informatics in R&D and/or QC Manufacturing
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or Computer Science or Engineering
- Preferred 2 years in consulting
- Experience in life sciences R&D, QC, or IT
- Implementation experience with Benchling, Revvity Signals, Dotmatics, LabVantage, LabWare, Scitara, TetraScience
