Overview In this role you lead and direct water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver design, analyses, and construction services. You will manage client relationships, develop scopes and budgets, and mentor junior staff. Responsibilities- Lead and direct development of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects as a client-facing project manager
- Manage planning, design, and construction administration, ensuring compliance with contracts, drawings, specs, and regulations
- Communicate with clients, set goals, and coordinate resources to deliver on time and within budget
- Provide technical leadership on multi-disciplinary projects as design lead, QA/QC reviewer, or technical advisor
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Develop and grow client relationships and lead business development activities
- Lead marketing and proposal phases, including preparing scopes of work and budgets
Key requirements- Minimum 15 years in water, wastewater, and stormwater
- Project management experience with at least 10 years leading mid to large multi-disciplinary municipal projects
- Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in IN, with ability to obtain in IL, OH, KY
