Overview In this role you will lead corporate real estate and capital improvement initiatives as a trusted advisor and owner's representative. You'll manage multiple complex projects from planning through completion, aligning with client objectives, budgets, and schedules. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance and risk, and deliver executive-level updates. Responsibilities- Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor through the project lifecycle
- Lead multiple concurrent capital projects and programs (renovations, workplace, infrastructure)
- Manage projects from initiation to closeout ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Lead planning including scope, budget, schedule, procurement strategies, and execution
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, risk registers, and executive reports
- Monitor performance and mitigate risks affecting cost, schedule, quality, or continuity
- Facilitate meetings and communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
- Review consultant/contractor deliverables, contracts, proposals, schedules, and cost estimates
- Lead governance and change management with appropriate client approvals
- Support strategic capital planning and prioritization decisions
- Mentor and develop other project managers and team members
- Build and maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to add value
- Apply best practices, governance, and quality standards; drive continuous improvement
- SOX control responsibilities may apply where appropriate
Key requirements- 8+ years of project management experience in CRE, corporate occupier, construction, owner's representative, or consulting
- Proven ability to lead large, complex capital projects and programs
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and consultant management knowledge
- Experience presenting updates and business cases to senior leadership
- Leadership, client management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Procore, Smartsheet
- PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred
