Overview As a Project Manager II, you lead mission-critical construction from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with Superintendents and project teams on site. You own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communications to keep projects on track while upholding Boldt's safety culture and financial goals. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver zero-defect turnover in demanding, 24/7 environments. Responsibilities- Manage mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout on site
- Own planning, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
- Lead cross-functional teams and interface with clients
- Protect uptime, mitigate risk, and drive zero-defect turnover
- Collaborate with Superintendents and project management on execution and coordination
- Ensure alignment with safety culture, schedule commitments, and financial performance
Key requirements- Four to seven years of construction experience
- 2+ years on mission-critical projects with strong coordination and execution
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials
- Strong communication with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients
- Clear understanding of construction means and methods from plan to field
- Degree or combination of education/industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree
