Overview

In this role, you will support Salesforce customers as a technical advisor, driving adoption of Sales Cloud and ensuring long-term health through design guidance and proactive problem solving. You will work with a cross-functional team to assess implementations, deliver best-practice recommendations, and perform foundational architecture checks. You will translate complex concepts for diverse audiences and leverage playbooks to meet customer needs. This is an opportunity to shape customer outcomes at scale within a market-leading AI CRM platform.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a portfolio of customers to assess implementations and advise on feature adoption and basic architect design
  • Act as a trusted technical generalist, providing reactive and proactive guidance on product best practices
  • Explain complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Triages capability gaps, designs optimizations, and escalates architectural challenges to more senior architects
  • Execute proven strategies by applying playbooks from Support, Guides, and Architect teams
  • Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners to drive customer success and product improvement
Key requirements
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience in related roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce products, platform capabilities, governance and best practices
  • Experience with complex implementations and integration principles
  • Knowledge of enterprise data integration, data management, AI, analytics and security best practices
  • Familiarity with vertical-specific solutions (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to assess business objectives, propose solutions, and align stakeholders
  • Experience reading and debugging APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus
  • Experience with APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica) and external connectors
  • Excellent communication and storytelling
  • Stakeholder alignment and collaboration
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Sales Cloud expertise (opportunity/pipeline management, forecasting, Einstein insights, Sales Engagement, Sales Performance Management)
  • Data models, relationships, validation rules, data governance
  • REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integration
