Overview In this role you guide multinational clients through U.S. business immigration, handling strategy, filings, and high quality service delivery. You will lead day to day engagements and mentor a team in a fast paced, tech enabled environment. You'll translate complex law into practical guidance and stay ahead of developments to support client success. Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day U.S. business immigration engagements ensuring timely and effective service
- Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. immigration law and address client/internal queries
- Translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice for corporate clients and employees
- Analyze agency trends and client contexts to offer practical solutions
- Represent the firm in client discussions with professionalism and empathy
- Support business development through thought leadership and client presentations
- Coach and mentor team members to foster collaboration and high performance
- Use data and reporting to monitor case progress and ensure compliance with firm standards
- Stay current on U.S. immigration developments and share insights with clients and team
- Uphold ethics and commitment to excellence in all engagements
Key requirements- 6+ years (Senior Associate) or 8+ years (Manager) of U.S. business immigration experience
- Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or DC
- Experience managing legal teams or supervising junior attorneys/analysts
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in leveraging technology to enhance client and employee experiences
- Familiarity with project management approaches and collaborative work style
- Openness to using tools like myMobility app and staying informed via Mobility Moments/LinkedIn content
