Overview As Construction Manager at Jacobs, you will lead site construction for transmission stations and lines, ensuring work aligns with budget, schedule, and scope. You'll guide quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and clients. This role supports large, technically complex infrastructure programs from concept through asset readiness, enabling delivery of sustainable, innovative solutions. Responsibilities- Oversee construction work and coordinate with the Development agreement
- Provide strategic leadership aligned with Jacobs' processes on safety, quality, and program management
- Contribute to business and sales planning to enable project delivery within financial and quality targets
- Engage with clients to understand vision and propose innovative Jacobs offerings
- Ensure program compliance with Jacobs standards and policies and maintain project safety
- Manage relationships with Jacobs and client stakeholders across levels, addressing risks and complex issues
- Leverage expertise to integrate Jacobs solutions (Program Management Office, digital transformation, sustainability, decarbonization)
- Monitor project milestones and provide progress updates to the project team
Key requirements- 8 years' experience with at least 5 years in heavy civil, construction management on large-scale infrastructure projects in a lead role
- PMP or equivalent is an asset
- Construction management education or certification is an asset
- Experience delivering alternative delivery transportation/construction projects
