Responsibilities- Lead cost management across projects including preparation and monitoring of cost plans and budgets
- Oversee procurement activities, tender documentation, bid evaluation, and negotiations
- Administer major contracts (NEC, FIDIC, or equivalent) including change control and dispute resolution
- Provide senior-level financial insight through cash flow forecasting and risk analysis
- Engage with clients and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and regulators
- Support and mentor junior team members to ensure best practices
Key requirements- MRICS qualification
