Overview In this role you drive successful healthcare construction projects by coordinating processes, scheduling, and teams. You work closely with owners, architects, and engineers to keep projects on track in active clinical environments. You minimize disruptions to patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and infection control. This position supports business growth through client interactions and RFP activities, offering a pathway to advance within the healthcare construction field. You will lead project and status meetings and shape outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- Ensure successful completion of healthcare construction projects through effective processes and scheduling
- Lead project teams at hospitals, medical offices, and clinical facilities
- Maintain open communication with owners, architects, and engineers
- Oversee projects in active healthcare environments with minimal patient-care disruption
- Assist the preconstruction team as needed
- Support business growth through RFP submissions and client meetings in healthcare
- Lead meetings including OAC and project status reviews
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of construction experience with healthcare focus
- Expertise in hospital renovations and managing complex MEP systems
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams in regulated environments
- Proficiency in cultivating client relationships and supporting business growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong client management with healthcare systems and facility teams
- Preferred experience with Bluebeam and Procore
