Overview In this role you support construction project managers by coordinating administration and project planning to ensure goals are met within cost, quality, and contracts. You plan detailed work streams and provide contract and technical support across design, construction, and closeout. You prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules and assist with RFQ/RFP documentation and GMP contract coordination. You conduct regular siteWalks with contractors to verify progress and cost incurred. You contribute to a safe, collaborative environment that drives facilities excellence at USC.

Responsibilities- Support multiple projects or parts of major projects with planning, organization, and reporting
- Assist project managers in administration and coordination to achieve project goals
- Provide technical and contract management support through design, construction, and closeout
- Prepare scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments
- Assist with RFQ/RFP preparation and scoping statements for contracts
- Coordinate between architects and general contractors under GMP contracts
- Conduct monthly job walks with construction contractors to validate percent completion and incurred costs
Key requirements- 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, or related fields
