Analytical Scientist

In this role you will maintain high-capacity mammalian cell culture and generate quality data to support CF biology projects. You will present findings to the team and adapt assays to program needs within a highly collaborative environment. You'll apply problem solving and strong communication to contribute to cross-functional efforts and maintain meticulous records. This position offers work in drug discovery contexts and occasional weekend duties, with a clear impact on translational research goals.

• Mammalian cell culture in flask and microtiter plates for primary cells and cell lines
• Prepare compound solutions, perform dilutions, and treat cells with compounds
• Design workflows and experimental plans in consultation with supervisor
• Report results to CF biology and project teams
• Train and collaborate with junior colleagues and interns
• Occasional weekend work

• Experience with culture of primary cells, preferably human airway cells
• Experience in drug discovery addressing Cystic Fibrosis
• Experience with large-scale cell culture
