Overview In this role you lead design development and production of construction documents for complex projects, coordinating multiple disciplines and in-house contract administration. You mentor staff, set design parameters, and ensure quality control. You'll drive scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration with the project team to deliver high-quality architecture that aligns with the firm's standards and client goals. This position offers exposure to global projects and a pathway to licensure and leadership.

Responsibilities- Direct the design development and production of construction documents
- Coordinate interdisciplinary work and ensure timely information exchange among team members
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management with the Project Manager
- Oversee quality control of drawings and specifications and maintain architectural standards
- Perform in-house contract administration duties (RFI responses, shop drawings, bulletins) and provide field representation when needed
- Familiar with Revit, project setup, and model management according to company standards
- Assist in staffing projections and project-related budgeting and scope changes
- Mentor junior staff and promote learning across the project team
- Prepare document release sections for addenda and bulletins relating to architectural work
- Maintain and improve office architectural standards, details, and production tools
- Possess knowledge of laser scanning/point clouds and related workflows
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master's preferred
- NCARB certificate required
- Registered Architect required
- 15+ years related architecture experience
