Overview In this role you will ensure a premium customer service experience throughout the service process at Lucid. You will coordinate with technicians, document client concerns, and explain service options with clear time and cost estimates. You'll track vehicles through maintenance, verify workmanship to Lucid's quality standards, and obtain client signatures and payments. You'll act as the final quality check and maintain CSI through attentive, proactive service. This position suits a customer-focused professional in a fast-paced luxury EV environment.

Responsibilities- Inform clients throughout the service experience from start to finish
- Conduct vehicle inspections and check-in, documenting wear or damage
- Document transport damage on PDI and process for records
- Coordinate loaner vehicles and Lyft rides as needed
- Maintain CSI KPI through high-quality service
- Review and revise work orders with technicians for accurate documentation
- Address warranty claim rejections within required timelines
- Obtain service authorization signatures and collect payments
- Explain repairs and invoices to customers to ensure understanding
- Greet clients, answer calls, and direct questions as needed
- Serve as final quality control before vehicle handover
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements- 2-5 years in an automotive Service Advisor or front-of-house role
- Excellent interpersonal and patient demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Ability to explain automotive concepts to customers of varying knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proprietary DMS
- Full-time availability including weekends or extended hours
- Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Drivers under 21 require longer license history and training
