In this role you will lead architectural design and technical development for data center and mission-critical projects, ensuring top-quality, compliant solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate client objectives into robust building designs and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. You'll oversee design delivery from concept to construction, driving quality, innovation, and efficiency at scale. • Lead production and coordination of data center and mission-critical drawings from Concept Design to Construction Documentation
• Oversee design solution development ensuring compliance with codes and standards
• Manage multiple projects and provide technical guidance to junior staff while preserving design intent
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to align with scope and performance goals

• 8-10 years of experience in data center design and project delivery
• Active architectural license
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with BIM coordination experience
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex technical challenges
