Overview In this HR Partner role, you collaborate with COEs and HR leaders to provide hands-on support for HR processes and complex people issues. You'll tailor solutions for business units, lead recurring services, and coach senior managers to foster a high-performance culture. You will connect business requests with HR strategy, and you'll act as the local face of HR for large employee populations. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position in a globally distributed, matrixed organization.
Responsibilities- Partner with managers to reinforce Intuitive's culture and leadership expectations
- Provide day-to-day HR support to HRBLs for large groups while maintaining appropriate level of involvement
- Collaborate with People Services to deliver cyclical processes and meet business needs
- Escalate and resolve cases by liaising between client groups and employee relations/people services
- Serve as a connection point to COEs to customize HR solutions
- Lead delivery of recurring HR services and core processes (e.g., P&C process, goal setting)
- Deliver coaching and consulting to senior management and employees to drive high performance
- Build manager capability through training and facilitation across regions
- Guide on HR programs: merit, performance reviews, talent planning/development, succession planning
- Ensure consistent, sustainable employee experiences aligned with HR strategy and EVP
- Strategize HR solutions with other HR leaders and act on real-time feedback to COEs
- Participate in HR projects related to recruiting, performance management, policy development, and playbooks
- Use data and dashboards to identify trends and inform data-driven solutions
- Act as the local 'face of HR' for locations with large employee populations
- Leverage technology and processes to deliver global HR services
Key requirements- 8+ years in Human Resources in a Commercial environment
- 8+ years in client-facing HR roles
- 8+ years in HR and/or COE roles with COE interventions
- 5+ years in global and distributed work environment
- Experience in a shared services environment (preferred)
- Experience with project management
- Experience with organizational transformation/integrations
- Bachelor's degree in a business or HR-related field (desirable)
- SHRM certification a plus
- Knowledge of labor and compliance laws by geography
- Locally relevant language as required by geography
