Overview In this role you will lead the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects, ensuring delivery meets client expectations and project goals. You will work within the project team to coordinate resources, manage budgets, schedules and documentation, and communicate progress to stakeholders. You'll tackle issues across mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural domains, driving successful outcomes. Responsibilities- Manage project deliverables including scope of work, schedules, and drawings for clients and facilities teams
- Lead design, development, and construction phases for assigned projects
- Proactively address project issues and ensure initiation, planning, execution, and completion meet targets
- Maintain high quality standards and organized electronic files
- Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and manage master budgets and timelines
- Advise on approvals for organizational changes and budget implications
- Coordinate and track vendor RFQs/RFPs
- Review change orders and invoices; manage project finances and client communications
- Keep building management informed of progress
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Solid project management skills with understanding of PM fundamentals
- Experience in client relations and consulting
- Ability to manage a project autonomously from onset to completion
- Ability to read construction specs, blueprints, and drawings
- Prepare and track master project budgets
- Highly organized with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Understanding of technical requirements for various project types
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
