Overview In this role you help deliver a client-first service experience by supporting inquiry resolution, onboarding, and ongoing client engagement. You will work with cross-functional teams to track metrics, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, accurate outcomes that build trust. Responsibilities- Support resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts and coordinating with partners
- Track service metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates to simplify client interactions
- Collaborate with operations, service, and relationship teams to maintain clear communication and next steps
Key requirements- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program
- Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
