Overview As an Executive Recruiter at GHJ, you source and place finance and accounting professionals for our recruitment division. You partner with hiring managers to build candidate pipelines, screen and interview, and manage the full hiring and onboarding process. You act as a matchmaker, cultivating long-term relationships with candidates and clients to drive successful placements. You work within a collaborative, growth-focused firm dedicated to client and people success.

Responsibilities- Sourcing and recruiting accounting/finance professionals via networking, social media, direct sourcing, and internet recruiting
- Building and maintaining relationships with passive and active candidates
- Assessing applicants' experience and skills to match open roles
- Conducting and coordinating interviews, equipping hiring managers with evaluation tools
- Managing candidate-client communication, feedback, and salary negotiations
- Overseeing end-to-end hiring and onboarding process
- Providing career guidance to candidates to align opportunities with goals
- Following up with candidates and clients to sustain productive relationships
Key requirements- Four-year degree or equivalent staffing/recruiting experience
- Public Accounting experience desirable
- Highly organized with fast-paced recruitment/placement experience
- Professional oral and written communication skills
