Overview As a strategic HR partner for North America, you will advise retail leadership and drive HR programs that align with business goals. You'll oversee employee relations, talent development, performance management and compliance while scaling HR initiatives across HQ and retail locations. Your work will impact engagement, retention and the employee experience within a luxury, cross-cultural environment. Responsibilities- Act as strategic HR advisor to retail leadership and align policies with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and talent development for retail roles
- Serve as trusted HR resource on policies, performance expectations, and career progression
- Drive engagement initiatives, onboarding design and culture programs
- Lead annual performance reviews, coaching, and performance improvement plans
- Collaborate on compensation reviews, market trends and pay equity
- Oversee benefits, payroll inquiries, leave policies, and liaison with Benefits Manager
- Ensure compliance with U.S., Canada and Mexico labor laws and provide manager training
Key requirements- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws; Canada and Mexico a plus
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive change
- Experience with HRIS platforms; Dayforce or Workday is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills
