Overview As a Technical Recruiter in Relativity Space's Talent Acquisition team, you partner with hiring managers to design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hardware, manufacturing, and design engineering roles. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle-from sourcing to closing-while improving interview processes and candidate experience. This onsite, Long Beach-based role supports multiple manufacturing and design teams as we scale Terran R. You'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, bringing market insights and creative approaches to attract top talent that helps accelerate our rocket program and company growth.

Responsibilities- Source, engage, manage, and close candidates across the full recruiting lifecycle
- Partner with hiring managers to understand teams, projects, and talent needs
- Develop hardware technical recruiting expertise and identify top talent for leadership and engineering roles
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies using market data and industry trends
- Strengthen the recruiting funnel and equitable interview processes; evaluate new tools
- Advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Onsite collaboration in Long Beach with interviews, meetings, and discussions
Key requirements- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-scaling organizations
- Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and filling early- to mid-career roles
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies
