Overview As Senior Project Manager in our Developer Advisory team, you will lead large-scale construction initiatives, coordinating with architects, engineers, and suppliers to deliver compliant projects. You will enforce governance, apply best practices, and monitor milestone progress to prevent delays. You'll produce status reports, oversee design reviews, and support cost control and constructability guidance. This role offers impact across multi-phase programs and opportunities to shape project delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, suppliers) to deliver compliant projects
- Track and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips
- Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied consistently
- Produce formal project status reports and other required reports
- Monitor multiple construction projects to enforce design standards
- Oversee interface with suppliers via trackers and reviews
- Forecast and update key project milestones
- Support cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance
- Independent review of status reports, drawings, timelines and costs
- Client management to develop relationships and identify new opportunities
- Provide strategic advice to project teams to meet client and business objectives
- Capture knowledge and learnings from each project
- Identify process improvements and adhere to SOX where applicable
- Lead design reviews for constructability and code compliance
- Manage contracts and documentation for third parties
- Oversee construction progress, quality assurance, submittals and RFIs
- Closeout activities including warranties, manuals and as-built drawings
- Coordinate training for facility staff on building systems
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with design reviews, cost control, and contract administration
- SOX awareness (where applicable)
- Experience with Primavera P6 (familiarity)
