Overview In this role you support clinical and research laboratory activities by following established protocols. You will perform routine experiments, collect data, and maintain equipment while learning techniques through progressive training. You'll troubleshoot common issues, train others on standard procedures, and help set up experiments to advance research goals in the Cell Biology group. This is a hands-on, data-driven position in an academic lab with opportunities to expand your technical base and contribute to ongoing studies.
Responsibilities- Perform clinical and/or research laboratory experiments following established protocols
- Run lab tests and take measurements
- Identify and resolve common problems in routine assays
- Train users in standard equipment operation and lab techniques
- Set up experiments based on defined standards
- Collect project data and maintain equipment
- Monitor inventory, clean equipment, and perform related lab maintenance
- Prepare, test, and maintain standard laboratory equipment
- Support additional duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related field
