Responsibilities- Provide expert consultation on performance management, misconduct, and workplace concerns
- Coach leaders to build capability and consistency
- Research, assess, and resolve complex employee relations issues with clear recommendations
- Ensure alignment with policies, practices, and employment law
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver compliant and fair outcomes
- Own cases end-to-end with timely resolution and thorough documentation
Key requirements- Six or more years of experience in employee relations or as an HR Generalist or related HR role
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
- PC and Microsoft Office proficiency
