Human Resources Business Partner

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will empower leaders to align people and performance with business goals. You'll work closely with Solar unit leadership to shape an engaging, safety-first culture that drives both employee experience and operational success. You'll apply data-driven insights to advise on talent, performance, and HR programs. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering a chance to impact workforce capability in a manufacturing context while collaborating with cross-functional teams in San Diego.

• Serve as primary HRBP for assigned Solar business unit, advising leaders and employees on HR matters
• Partner with frontline and management to identify and prioritize HR initiatives aligned with strategic goals
• Align HR policies and programs to promote engagement, retention, and performance
• Act as trusted coach on performance management, disciplinary actions, compensation, etc.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management

• Bachelor in related field or equivalent experience
• Consulting skills and structured problem-solving approach
• Strong business understanding and ability to align HR with organizational goals
• Influencing skills and ability to bring stakeholders along
• Employee relations experience with legal compliance
• Talent management experience including attracting, developing, and retaining talent
• Data gathering, reporting, and analysis skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
• Experience with HR systems like Workday; PowerBI is a plus
