Responsibilities- Oversee and manage highway, bridge, and municipal projects for WisDOT and clients
- Direct project teams to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence
- Hire, mentor, and expand team capabilities and client base
- Prepare and deliver competitive proposals to win work
- Collaborate with clients and other leaders on multi-disciplinary projects
- Develop and execute strategic growth opportunities
- Build relationships with internal/external clients and industry partners
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree + six years of related experience or equivalent
- US citizenship
- Valid DMV license
- Preferred: Bachelor's in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent
- Past experience as Construction Project Leader for WisDOT projects
- Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin (preferred)
- WisDOT/local project management experience and track record of managing multiple projects
