Commercial Insurance Account Manager

As an Account Manager at DOXA, you will assess client needs in the sports and entertainment insurance niche and craft tailored solutions. You will collaborate with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to customize coverage and manage certificates and workflows in our systems. You'll stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments to strengthen expertise while building lasting client relationships and expanding the client base through marketing efforts. • Assess client needs and propose personalized insurance solutions
• Collaborate with clients, team members and underwriters to tailor insurance programs
• Process certificates of insurance accurately to meet client and regulatory requirements
• Utilize the management system daily to track policies and manage workflows
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulations to enhance expertise
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction and loyalty
• Contribute to marketing strategies to grow the client base
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
• Attend industry conferences to stay abreast of market trends and engage with clients and partners

• Bachelor's degree: preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and risk management
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
