Overview In this role you will support construction operations across divisions, helping to align projects with standards and timelines. You will gain literacy in building codes, plan reading, and construction methodologies while working closely with managers and trade partners. You will assist scheduling, inspections, and quality checks to ensure our homes meet high standards. Responsibilities- Complete orientation, onboarding, and training programs (e.g., Pulte Construction Standards, scheduling, safety, warranty, plan reading).
- Develop literacy in codes, materials, schedules, and construction methodologies.
- Assist Construction Managers in monitoring job sites, validating schedule progression, coordinating inspections, and ensuring quality standards.
- Support Customer Care and ensure work completion meets expectations.
- Coordinate work completion under supervisor direction.
- Learn and utilize Pulte systems (Schedule, Field Purchase Order, Dynamics 365).
- Build proficiency in Build Quality Experience and Customer Quality Experience.
- Assist in scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities; monitor site cleanliness and trade partner scope of work.
