You will shape infrastructure outcomes by reviewing drawings, developing schedules, and supervising contractors. Responsibilities- Lead construction projects from concept through completion
- Review architectural/engineering drawings, specs, and cost estimates
- Develop and maintain project schedules and functional studies
- Select, obtain, and supervise general contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct construction surveillance for contractual compliance
- Provide engineering consulting services to local and divisional offices
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in construction or engineering-related fields or at least 3 years of construction/project management experience
- Understanding of building systems, materials, and reading drawings/specifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with customers, staff and management; strong problem-solving for on-site issues
