Overview

In this role you will shape the HR strategy for WebMD, partnering with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals. You'll lead workforce analytics, change efforts, and AI-enabled HR transformations to improve the employee experience and business outcomes. You'll act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, leadership development, and talent management while driving scalable, data-informed solutions. This is a high-impact role at a data-driven, technology-focused HR function.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic partnerships with executives to align people plans with business priorities
  • Lead organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession and leadership development
  • Coach leaders through change, performance management, and team effectiveness
  • Drive HR modernization via process redesign, automation, and digital enablement
  • Apply Lean/Agile methods to streamline HR operations and reduce waste
  • Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and data storytelling for leadership decisions
  • Identify opportunities to responsibly leverage AI across HR processes
  • Support talent and leadership development and succession planning
  • Lead change initiatives with communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Enhance employee experience and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR governance
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders
  • Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong employee relations, coaching, and leadership consulting experience
  • Demonstrated experience using workforce analytics to influence business decisions
  • Experience improving business processes through automation or continuous improvement
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
