Overview As Plant Controller in Reamstown, you partner with plant leadership and global finance to translate strategic goals into actionable financial plans. You steer monthly closes, provide detailed income/expense insights, and support budgeting and forecasting for the plant. Your work drives cost control, efficiency, and alignment with operations. Responsibilities- Serve as strategic finance business partner for plant management, regional executives, and global finance teams
- Execute monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close with accurate reporting of financial results
- Provide recurring analysis of income statements and balance sheets with variance explanations
- Organize and prepare annual budgets, standard cost updates, and COGS planning
- Collaborate with operations to develop financial plans aligned to operational goals and 12-month rolling forecast
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience as Plant Controller or in FP&A/Accounting leadership
- Working knowledge in a manufacturing environment with standard-based accounting system
- Experience in ERP implementation
