Overview In this role you lead the development and execution of production goals across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will craft capacity plans and forecasts for a high-mlex, flexible manufacturing environment and guide resource planning and personnel development. You drive a continuous improvement culture, align teams to policy, and manage performance, training, and compliance. Responsibilities- Direct production goal development and implementation across safety, quality, and delivery targets
- Develop capacity plans and output forecasts from complex demand trends
- Lead resource planning in a high-mix manufacturing environment and manage personnel development
- Foster engagement through policies and continuous improvement culture
- Hire, coach, and continually evaluate staff; provide performance feedback
- Maintain training programs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events using Lean Six Sigma methods
- Manage manufacturing order systems, production scheduling, and backlogs
- Monitor budgets and control departmental expenses; analyze labor efficiency and productivity
- Present operational metrics and drive cross-functional collaboration to meet goals
Key requirements- Bachelor or equivalent professional experience
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Experience in supervision/engineering in an electrical or electro-mechanical manufacturing environment (preferred)
