Overview In this role, you lead mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls for hyperscale data center projects, guiding design, scope, and constructability across the full lifecycle. You will manage cross-functional teams to align cost, schedule, and quality in a fast-moving, safety-focused environment. You'll build trusted relationships with clients and partners to deliver high-density, technically complex facilities. Responsibilities- Lead MEP across the full project lifecycle for data center builds
- Influence design, define scope, and align cost, schedule, and constructability
- Foster safety, accountability, and high performance among teams and partners
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to solve problems and deliver results
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Support risk management and project governance in fast-paced environments
Key requirements- 10+ years managing MEP construction on large-scale commercial/industrial/data center projects
- 10+ years reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, contracts
- 10+ years experience with HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, electrical distribution, and plumbing in mission-critical environments
- 7+ years with construction scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Experience supporting mission-critical data center MEP projects
- Knowledge of commissioning, performance validation, and operational testing
- Experience in CSA and MEP construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and PM tools
