Overview In this role you will leverage techno-functional expertise in Oracle Utilities for customer care and billing analytics to shape reporting solutions. You will work within a consulting mindset, collaborating with clients to map requirements to Oracle Utilities Analytics capabilities and design To-Be reporting landscapes. You will lead functional workshops, conduct product demos, and translate business needs into practical analytics solutions. The position offers travel and a chance to impact utilities data strategy in a client-facing setting.
Responsibilities- Lead functional reporting workshops with business users to capture requirements
- Demonstrate Oracle Utilities Analytics capabilities and map requirements to the product
- Design/architect To-Be reporting landscape for utilities reporting
- Advise on workarounds/solutions to fulfill customer requirements within OUA/OBIEE/OBIU
- Understand existing reporting landscape and guide transformation in a utilities context
- Communicate effectively via telephone, email, or in person; support travel as required
- Manage projects in a consulting environment with regular travel
Key requirements- 8+ years in Utility domain with techno-functional background and reporting implementation experience
- 3+ years in Oracle Utilities Analytics (OUA/OBIEE/OBIU) as a techno-functional consultant
- 3+ years leading functional reporting workshops and engaging end users
- 3+ years conducting demos in workshops and mapping requirements to product
- 3+ years designing and architecting To-Be reporting landscapes
- Strong analytical and communication skills; utilities domain experience
- Project management experience; willingness to travel
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; 12+ years IT experience also acceptable
