Overview

In this role you will lead and shape HR strategy within a cutting-edge mobility business. You will partner with senior leaders to drive a high performance culture and align HR delivery with corporate values across a global, matrixed organization. You will guide leadership development, workforce planning, and talent pipelines while using data to inform decisions and deliver measurable impact. This opportunity offers influence across services, labor relations, and organizational effectiveness in a dynamic industry. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance strategic HR initiatives and support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize the HR Delivery Model in collaboration with HR teams and Centers of Expertise
  • Lead change programs, boost organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance culture
  • Drive leadership development, transitions support, and leadership nominations
  • Contribute to workforce planning, headcount management, and labor cost budgeting
  • Build internal talent pipelines for technical and innovative leadership roles
  • Support labor and employee relations to optimize manpower costs and engagement
  • Coach leaders to become talent champions and ensure right-place talent allocation
  • Analyze organizational capabilities to identify gaps and align with business strategy
  • Leverage data analytics to create actionable insights and inform decisions
  • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws
Key requirements
  • HR business partnering experience in a matrixed, culturally diverse organization
  • Knowledge of local, regional, and international labor laws and HR processes (talent management, succession planning, leadership development)
  • Familiarity with organizational effectiveness and change management
  • Strong communication and coaching skills for supporting leaders
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a global, diverse environment
  • Ability to use data to create metrics and analytics for storytelling
  • High learning agility, curiosity, and critical thinking
  • Strategic business acumen with a proactive, results-driven mindset
