Overview In this role you will support contracting strategies for major construction projects and provide specialist procurement guidance to private sector clients. You will help draft and manage RFPs, contracts, and schedules while coordinating interfaces across multi-contract environments. You will build strong relationships within project teams and client stakeholders to enable robust contract documents and successful delivery. Responsibilities- Support contracting strategies for major construction projects across private funding models
- Provide specialist contracts and procurement advice to private sector clients in healthcare construction
- Draft RFPs, evaluation criteria, and contracts; assist in vendor procurement processes
- Develop contract structures for main delivery strategies in multi-packaging, complex projects
- Support end-to-end procurement services for large construction initiatives
- Foster positive relationships with project teams,Client personnel, and advisors
- Manage and update internal contract trackers, review SOWs/MPAs, and assess work-winning capabilities
- Contribute to delivery of team and broader business targets
- Adhere to SOX controls where applicable
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5-7 years of contract administration experience in construction
- Knowledge of various forms of construction contracts and multi-contract environments
- Experience in developing contracting strategies with risk identification and allocation
- Experience in contract development, drafting bespoke schedules and clauses, and reviewing documents
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to develop robust contract documents
