Overview In this role you will advise Adobe's product teams on a range of legal topics, with a focus on Generative AI. You'll collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to align products with legal and brand standards while managing risk. You will help shape product strategy for Acrobat and its AI-enabled features through practical, business-friendly counsel. Responsibilities- Counsel product and business teams on legal topics related to GenAI and AI-enabled features
- Review products, strategies, and data practices for legal compliance and risk
- Coordinate with privacy, antitrust, and IP attorneys within the Legal Department
- Develop and deliver trainings for engineering, program management, and sales-legal teams
- Draft and negotiate inbound/outbound technology licenses and partnership agreements
Key requirements- J.D. from an accredited law school and bar membership
- 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in software/online services
- Proficiency in negotiating and drafting IP/licensing agreements, development agreements, online services agreements, and terms of use
- Familiarity with privacy and data security compliance (privacy by design preferred)
- Experience with user-generated content services and mobile app development preferred
- Technical interest in software products and development
