Overview

In this role you will define and scale Liquid I.V.'s creative vision, brand identity, and operating model to deliver best-in-class work at pace. You will lead both in-house and agency creative partners to build cohesive, platform-wide storytelling across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints. You will balance strategic brand stewardship with high-volume execution in a fast-growing environment. You will drive impact by elevating brand equity while supporting commercial performance. Responsibilities
  • Translate brand positioning into compelling visual storytelling and scalable content systems
  • Evolve brand expression to stay culturally relevant and visually differentiated
  • Own visual identity, verbal expression, and brand standards; develop scalable brand systems
  • Lead hybrid creative operating model with internal teams and external agencies
  • Manage agency selection, scopes of work, evaluations and performance
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration to maximize efficiency without compromising quality
  • Build workflows to accelerate creative delivery and reduce duplication
  • Lead creative development for tier campaigns, product launches, and innovation
  • Oversee integrated asset ecosystems (retail displays, POS, social, PDP imagery, email, D2C content)
  • Direct large-scale campaign toolkits for global scalability and market adaptation
  • Partner with Integrated Marketing and Brand teams for cohesive storytelling across touchpoints
  • Develop cohesive systems across product platforms and innovation pipelines
  • Direct all packaging design, alignment with brand identity, regulatory requirements, and trends
  • Create renders and visualization assets for innovation and sell-in presentations
  • Maintain packaging as a competitive shelf presence and clear consumer communication
  • Develop platform-native creative strategies across social channels and emerging platforms
  • Balance campaign storytelling with always-on content production
  • Collaborate with Social, Influencer, and Performance Marketing to optimize for engagement
  • Guide conversion-driven creative assets for D2C and omni-channel platforms
  • Work with performance and analytics teams to inform creative optimization and testing
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary in-house creative team
  • Establish processes, workflows, and quality standards to support scale
  • Foster collaborative culture centered on curiosity, feedback, and improvement
  • Set KPIs and creative performance metrics to evaluate impact
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align creative strategy with business objectives
  • Build transparent, accountable partnerships across Marketing, Innovation, Media, Sales, Ecomm and Insights
  • Design workflows to handle volume and speed across priorities
  • Define team structures and resource models to optimize output
Key requirements
  • 10+ years in progressive creative leadership roles, ideally in consumer goods, health and wellness, beverage, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience leading high-performing in-house creative teams in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Strong portfolio in art direction, brand identity, packaging design, and integrated campaigns
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, eCommerce, and performance-driven creative
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and clear link between creative decisions and business impact
  • Experience leading hybrid in-house and agency creative ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of social-first creative, creator ecosystems, and platform-native storytelling
  • Experience leading packaging, innovation, and brand identity systems
  • Understanding of DTC, retail, shopper marketing, and omnichannel creative
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with high quality
  • Excellent communication and executive presence for influencing senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
