Overview As Senior Construction Project Manager at JLL, you lead end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects, aligning client and internal objectives. You serve as the main client contact, guiding design to closeout and coordinating due diligence, vendor selection, and cross-functional collaboration. You maintain master schedules, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure timely completion across multiple projects in upstate New York. Responsibilities- Act as the primary senior-level client contact throughout the project
- Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy
- Maintain project goals and success criteria meeting client and JLL needs
- Maintain open communication with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal partners
- Coordinate due diligence efforts for the internal team
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets using market data
- Maintain Master Project Schedules and ensure timely execution
- Understand and deliver on KPIs
- Prepare RFPs for vendor/contractor services and manage bidding
- Forecast project spend aligning with the Client's Capital Plan
- Facilitate critical project meetings with stakeholders
- Guide design process from concept to construction documents
- Manage construction contractors through onboarding, commissioning, punchlist, and closeout
- Travel up to 25% within Upstate NY region
- Work from home with travel across Upstate NY
Key requirements- 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role
- Clear client and team communication to achieve goals
- Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with executive-level interaction
- Ability to manage budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders
- Experience managing interior fit-out and building infrastructure projects
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
