Overview In this role you drive planning, design, and construction across overhead transmission projects and substations. You will coordinate with a matrixed team to secure and deliver work for new and existing clients, contributing to grid resiliency and reliable power delivery. You'll tackle complex permitting, design, and construction challenges while guiding scope, schedule, and budget to successful outcomes. This is a leadership-focused role at a firm that integrates engineering, safety, and project controls to/achieve client outcomes.

Responsibilities- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for each project
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables with cross-functional team to ensure on-time completion
- Provide clear next steps and updates to project stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs, critical path, issues, and change management
- Provide analysis, budget forecasts, and project metrics
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee construction, procurement, invoicing, and project documentation
- Build and maintain a network of third-party consultants and vendors
- Lead project acquisition efforts, including preparing bids with Marketing
- Demonstrate knowledge of client/industry standards for design and construction
- Negotiate solutions to client concerns or project overruns
Key requirements- 10+ years of Project Management experience in T&D, substation, or utility projects
- Experience in public utility design and construction
- Strong skills in MS Office, Primavera P6, SmartSheet
- PMP certification is a plus
