Overview As Senior Superintendent you will lead mechanical construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating across the project team and leadership to ensure successful delivery. You will oversee multiple sites, supervise Superintendents, and drive schedules, material flow, and resource allocation with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. You help shape project execution and continuous improvement while engaging stakeholders to meet business goals. Responsibilities- Develop and manage project schedules, assign tasks, and oversee field execution
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources
- Lead safety and quality initiatives, eliminating hazards and ensuring compliance
- Mentor and manage direct reports, fostering continuous improvement
- Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and vendors, including BIM/specialty drawings review
- Manage earned value, forecasted completion, and budget-adjacent planning
- Facilitate pre-job and continued planning meetings and resolve field issues
- Identify fabrication opportunities and optimize workflow
Key requirements- 7+ years of experience in construction supervision
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and means/methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant standards
- Ability to read blueprints, coordination/BIM drawings, submittals, and specifications
- Strong leadership, time management, and conflict/crisis management skills
- Possession of relevant licenses/certifications; Construction Superintendent certification preferred
