Overview As a Client Manager in GT's Marketing Team, you drive client-focused relationship management across 3-5 strategic accounts from our Boston or Chicago offices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-add services, optimize client programs, and strengthen trusted-advisor relationships. You enable an exceptional client experience through strategic planning, communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities- Support development and execution of client relationship plans aligned to strategic priorities
- Develop deep understanding of client business and industry to identify opportunities
- Lead regular client team communications and reporting on metrics and impact
- Coordinate internal client account team meetings and maintain client data in firm systems
- Build relationships with client operations teams and in-house counsel
- Manage client program reporting (community engagement, CLE, secondments, ESG)
- Lead client feedback initiatives and coordinate with relationship shareholders
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance client experience via events and communications
- Coordinate with billing to ensure Outside Counsel Guidelines and rate approvals
- Partner with pricing to input RFP pricing and budgets for non-hourly arrangements
- Oversee onboarding of new attorneys to client teams
- Model high professional standards for client service
- Share knowledge with other Client Relationship Managers and industry marketers
