Responsibilities- Design, implement, and optimize automated legal operations workflows using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and AI assistants to improve governance and compliance
- Support integration and management of automated/AI-enabled tools and systems within legal operations
- Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities for enhanced legal support
- Develop and update legal/compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
- Assist with compliance questionnaires, regulatory inquiries, and contract reviews (NDAs, SOWs, Order Forms)
Key requirements- Familiarity with process automation, workflow design, or business process improvement
- Strong technical, analytical, written, and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps) and generative AI capabilities (Claude, Harvey)
