Overview

In this role you will lead commercial banking strategy engagements and guide cross-functional teams to deliver practical, executable outcomes. You will partner with senior client leaders to shape growth, operating models, client experience, pricing, and digital transformation, reinforcing Accenture as a trusted advisor. You will combine analytics with industry expertise to uncover value in banking operations and technology. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role that leverages AI to unlock client value and advance modernization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of commercial banking strategy engagements (growth, operating model, client experience, pricing, digital transformation)
  • Direct teams to craft world-class business, operations, and technology strategies for banking clients
  • Build relationships with senior client leaders to sustain Accenture as a long-term partner
  • Advise on market growth, client segmentation, relationship management, lending/deposits, treasury management, payments, and channel strategy
  • Incorporate AI tools into engagements to unlock value across operations, client coverage, and back office
  • Guide quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations on profitability, efficiency, and market opportunities
  • Contribute to Banking practice through thought leadership and client-facing content
  • Mentor junior Strategy team members
  • Travel as needed depending on client demand and maintain a client-centric, flexible work environment
Key requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience in a consulting firm or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of Banking, Capital Markets, and Payments experience at the intersection of Business and Technology
  • Minimum 3 years delivering analytics or digital technology projects for banking/financial services
  • Minimum 4 years leading large-scale transformation programs, including at least one in banking/financial services
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing consulting or project teams
  • Bachelor's degree
