Overview

As Senior Associate in Infrastructure Project Advisory, you will help optimize major capital projects by evaluating construction management practices and internal controls. You will lead contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight for large initiatives, shaping governance and performance. You'll work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, prepare recommendations, and present insights that drive better outcomes. This role offers exposure to a market-leading advisory practice and the chance to impact delivery standards across projects while growing your technical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Review and improve construction management processes and internal controls
  • Lead construction contract reviews, compliance audits, and project oversight for large capital projects
  • Define and implement recommendations including policies, procedures, processes, internal controls, roles, reporting, and IT support
  • Conduct project reviews evaluating percentage of completion, change orders, estimates, schedule delays, defective specifications, and productivity loss
  • Collaborate with diverse engagement teams to collect data, analyze, and prepare narrative reports and presentation materials
  • Participate in mentorship initiatives and work under guidance of Managers, Directors, and Partners
  • Uphold integrity and maintain a respectful, professional work environment
Key requirements
  • Minimum three years of field construction management or construction advisory experience with increasing responsibilities on large capital projects for public and private clients
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMC, CCM, CPA, AIA) preferred
  • Knowledge of construction phases including planning, scheduling, sourcing and procurement of contracts, cost estimating, quality management, reporting, and closeout
  • Field construction experience across diverse project types
  • Experience with project management information systems and related tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
